Eat foods as close to there natural state as possible. Example- Eat
an apple instead of apple sauce

Look at the ingredients of everything you eat- If you cant say it or
dont know what it is DONT eat it.

Read the book Eat to Li e by Dr, Fuhrman- It will teach you about
your relationship with food. Its cheapest on www.amazon.com

Insanity by Beach Body- Its a at home DVD workout and it holds true
to its name. It is insane and it will whip you into shape FAST. Its
a little bit more expensive but its worth every penny. Its cheapest
on Amazon.
11.)
Watch the documentary “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead”. It will teach
you about the food you eat and what it does to your body. Its
available on Netflix or you can rent it from youtube.com for $1.99
