One Recipe ALL for Bread, Scones, Pizza Crust, Rolls, and Breadsticks

This recipe I got from my sister-in-law who is an AMAZING cook. I'm not sure where she got it from, but my favorite part is the base recipe is the same for Bread, Scones, Pizza Crust, Rolls, and Bread sticks, the toppings and cooking times are just different. I also double the recipe and freeze one batch for later, great time saver!

Recipe

1 Package Active Dry Yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 1/2 Cup Warm Water
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (up to 1 1/2)
2 T Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2- 2 Cups White Flour

In a small bowl dissolve yeast in water, add oil. In a medium bowl combine whole wheat flour, salt, and sugar. Stir in yeast mixture. Add white flour, and knead until soft dough forms. Cover and let rise until double in size. Punch down and

Pizza Crust- Let rise while preparing ingredients. Makes 2 pizza add toppings and cook at 425 degrees

Scones- Form scones and fry in oil. Of course this is unhealthy but yummy

Rolls- Form rolls and let rise again for at least 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
